Paid Media Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of the paid media function on a permanent basis. You will develop and execute strategies that drive revenue across multiple client accounts, working across search and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and revenue targets.
• Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages.
• Identify growth, scaling, and efficiency opportunities.
• Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns on search and social channels.
• Monitor performance continuously and optimise for ROAS and revenue.
• Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.
• Analyse performance data and deliver commercially focused insights.
• Implement testing strategies to improve results over time.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into clear actions.
