Paid Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple client accounts at a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will own end‑to‑end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, delivering commercially focused results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own paid media strategy for a portfolio of clients.
• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Analyse performance data, optimise ROAS and uncover growth opportunities.
• Handle budgets, reporting and attribution to ensure transparent results.
• Collaborate closely with clients to align campaigns with business objectives.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on paid media experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
• Proven experience with GA4, tracking and attribution setups.
• Commercial mindset with solid analytical abilities.
• Agency background is highly desirable.
