Paid Media Specialist – B2B (London office)

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our London office on a 2‑3 day per week basis. You will own the end‑to‑end planning, execution and optimisation of B2B paid campaigns across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research, plan and build campaigns from scratch – conduct keyword and audience research, design account structures, write ad copy and configure settings across Google, Bing and LinkedIn.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution for a portfolio of B2B clients, monitor performance and implement proactive optimisation to exceed targets.
• Write monthly performance commentary that explains results, insights and next steps.
• Produce post‑campaign analysis with clear takeaways to inform future strategy.
• Utilise tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Google Ads to understand goals, conversion paths and attribution windows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media for B2B clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proven data‑analysis capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Right to work in the UK.
