Paid Media Specialist – Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to own the strategy and execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads for a portfolio of clients. This part‑time position offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to work across two days (approximately 16 hours per week) while contributing to the growth of an award‑winning digital agency in Bristol.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Manage client relationships, present results and advise on budget allocation.
• Monitor tracking, attribution and GA4 setups to ensure accurate reporting.
• Work independently, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Previous agency experience preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Confident communicator comfortable presenting to clients.
• Commercially minded with a focus on ROI.
