Paid Search & Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Search and Performance Marketing Manager to lead the digital acquisition engine for The Travel Franchise, the UK’s leading travel franchise. Based in Bournemouth with the flexibility to work remotely, you will own a £474k performance‑marketing budget and report directly to the co‑founders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑funnel digital engine, including a £384k PPC budget, £60k paid‑social spend and the SEO strategy.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Drive lead generation, reduce cost‑per‑acquisition and increase qualified franchise prospects.
• Scale the overall marketing budget to £600‑700k while maintaining or improving ROI.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights directly to the co‑founders.
• Test new ideas quickly, kill under‑performing assets and scale winning tactics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in performance marketing with measurable CPA reductions.
• Experience managing multi‑channel budgets of at least six figures.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to make autonomous decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with direct leadership feedback.
