Paid Social Strategist

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Social Creative Strategist to drive our creative marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth for Disturbia, a fast‑growing UK fashion brand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop high‑performing paid social creative concepts, hooks and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive acquisition.
- Write clear, conversion‑focused creative briefs and scripts, guiding production from concept to execution.
- Own the creative testing roadmap, formulate hypotheses, prioritise opportunities and maintain a pipeline of experiments across formats, angles and audience segments.
- Partner with the creative team to provide feedback and ensure assets are optimised for performance.
- Identify emerging consumer trends, cultural moments and platform innovations and translate them into timely creative opportunities.
- Maintain creative planning and production schedules aligned with trading priorities and channel demand.
- Lead paid social creative strategy on Meta, TikTok and YouTube to meet acquisition, revenue and category targets.
- Evaluate creative performance using metrics such as CTR, thumb‑stop rate, CVR, CPA and ROAS, and act on insights to scale or retire assets.
- Drive ongoing optimisation through structured testing across the user journey, markets, placements and landing pages.
- Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights to shape future creative direction and channel strategy.
- Stay ahead of platform developments and best practices to keep Disturbia at the forefront of paid social innovation.
Required profile
- Passionate about the social media landscape and its evolving trends.
- Data‑driven mindset, comfortable learning from performance insights.
- Creative thinker able to develop compelling hooks and messaging.
- Collaborative attitude, able to work closely with creative, brand, e‑commerce and growth teams.
- Strong organisational skills to manage testing roadmaps and production schedules.
Required skills
- Experience with paid social advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
- Experience with TikTok Ads platform.
- Experience with YouTube Ads platform.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
- Proficiency in creating and briefing creative assets for digital campaigns.
