PAM Engineer – Privileged Access Management (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PAM Engineer to lead the design, implementation and rollout of a Privileged Access Management solution for a regulated enterprise. The role is hybrid, with four days on‑site each week, and will work closely with technology and security teams to secure privileged accounts across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Wallix PAM, integrating it with core infrastructure and identity platforms.
• Onboard privileged domain, service, application, database and network administrator accounts.
• Establish and maintain secure privileged access processes, including session management and credential lifecycle.
• Integrate PAM with servers, network devices, security appliances and enterprise platforms such as Azure and VMware.
• Produce technical documentation, knowledge‑transfer material and detailed reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience delivering PAM implementations, preferably with Wallix.
• Strong understanding of least‑privilege principles, credential lifecycle and privileged session control.
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
