PAM Technical Specialist – Hybrid, Security Cleared

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced PAM Technical Specialist to deliver green‑field IAM/PAM projects on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, based near Oxford, and requires SC or BPSS clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Privileged Access Management solutions, mentoring junior engineers.
• Provide oversight and guidance to MSPs and third‑party security providers.
• Design and implement IAM controls using Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Identity Protection.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as CAF, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and GDPR.
• Document architectures, support audits and drive remediation actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in greenfield IAM/PAM implementations (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Ability to obtain and hold SC‑level security clearance.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risk patterns and propose remediation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for audit support.
