Panel / MET Repair Technician – Automotive Bodyshop

About the role

Sytner Coventry is seeking an experienced Panel / MET Repair Technician to join our busy bodyshop team. You will carry out high‑quality structural repairs on BMW vehicles and ensure each job meets our strict standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical and trim removal/replacement.
• Execute structural body repairs and panel alignment.
• Replace windshields and conduct diagnostic investigations.
• Work flexible patterns, including occasional weekends, to meet customer service goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Panel or MET Repair Technician.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to undergo training on BMW-specific repair techniques.
