Panel / MET Repair Technician (BMW)

About the role

Sytner Coventry is seeking a skilled Panel / MET Repair Technician to join our bodyshop team. You will work on BMW vehicles, delivering high‑quality structural repairs and ensuring each job meets our strict standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical and trim removal/replacement on vehicles.
• Carry out structural body repairs, including panel alignment and welding.
• Replace windscreens and conduct diagnostic investigations as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Work flexible patterns, including occasional weekends, to meet customer service commitments.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Panel / MET Repair Technician.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced bodyshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top‑quality repairs.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills to meet estimated job times.
