Paralegal – Commercial Property & Landlord/Tenant

About the role

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in London, based near St Paul’s. The role sits within a busy commercial property practice, focusing on landlord and tenant matters and broader real‑estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with commercial landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
• Prepare statutory documentation, property‑related paperwork and lease drafts.
• Review and draft lease and property documents, notices, licences, deeds and correspondence.
• Compile completion packs and transaction documents.
• Carry out title checks, property searches and Companies House searches.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience in commercial property, real estate or landlord and tenant work.
• Exposure to lease renewals or 1954 Act matters (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters.
