Paralegal Conveyancing – Residential & Commercial (Training Provided)

About the role
This full‑time position offers a junior paralegal the chance to start a career in conveyancing with on‑the‑job training. You will initially support fee earners on residential property matters and, as you develop, move into commercial property work.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to property transactions.
- Meet with clients to gather information and provide updates.
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation.
- Assist fee earners with a residential caseload.
- Progress to handling commercial property applications.
Required profile
- Currently studying law or recently graduated with up to 1 year conveyancing experience.
- Genuine passion for the legal sector and a desire to build a long‑term career.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
