Paralegal / Fee Earner – Corporate & Commercial

About the role

This permanent position is for a Paralegal or Fee Earner working across a full range of corporate and commercial matters. The role is suitable for candidates who are qualified, part‑qualified, or have gained equivalent experience in a legal environment. Key responsibilities

• Handle corporate and commercial transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements.
• Conduct legal research and due‑diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other commercial activities.
• Liaise with clients, senior lawyers and external parties to ensure smooth case progression.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support senior legal staff with document preparation and filing.

Required profile

• Qualified, part‑qualified or qualified by experience in law.
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
