Paralegal (Future Trainee) – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role
We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Paralegal to join a leading global technology company on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, starting July 2026. Working in a hybrid model from London, you will support an international legal team on a variety of employment‑law matters.
Key responsibilities
- Assist internal stakeholders and legal colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents related to employment law.
- Prepare and review contracts, policies and employee communications.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with external counsel as required.
Required profile
- Previous paralegal experience in‑house or in a law firm.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle varied workloads in a fast‑moving environment.
- Confident communicator who works well collaboratively.
- Genuine interest in employment law.
