Paralegal (Future Trainee) – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Paralegal (Future Trainee) to join our fast‑moving finance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This position offers a unique chance to work alongside an international legal department, gaining exposure to litigation, regulatory and commercial matters in a hybrid working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist internal stakeholders and legal colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on litigation and regulatory projects.
- Support the preparation and review of commercial contracts and other in‑house legal documents.
- Contribute to legal operations, process‑improvement initiatives and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
Required profile
- Previous paralegal experience is desirable but not essential, whether in‑house or in private practice.
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling varied workloads in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident communicator capable of collaborative work.
