Paralegal – Global Investment Firm

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Paralegal to join the transactions team of a leading global investment firm in London. You will support private market investment deals, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure smooth deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all stages of deal execution, from documentation to signing and closing.
• Oversee AML/KYC processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and organise transaction documentation using document‑management systems.
• Liaise with external legal advisers and internal business units to meet tight deadlines.
• Support the preparation of transaction reports and post‑deal filings.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a paralegal or in transaction support within financial services, investments, private markets, or a law firm.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using document management systems.
