Paralegal – Hybrid (London/Bristol/Birmingham) – Up to £45k

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing energy and infrastructure business that is looking for a Paralegal to join its in‑house legal team. The position offers genuine exposure to commercial and operational legal matters in a dynamic, hybrid working environment across London, Bristol and Birmingham.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the legal team with commercial contracts and general legal matters.
• Review, amend and manage contract documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise internal summaries.
• Coordinate legal processes across multiple business functions.
• Support wider legal and operational projects as the business expands.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in‑house or in private practice.
• Bright, proactive and commercially minded.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders across the business.
• Motivated to build a long‑term in‑house legal career.

Required skills

• Contract review and amendment.
• Legal research and document management.
• Ability to summarise complex legal information.
