About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our in‑house legal team on a high‑profile strategic project. This is a six‑month fixed‑term position based in London, requiring three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

Review and analyse complex commercial contracts and legal documentation.
Support the Legal Team with contract reviews, version control and document management.
Identify and escalate legal risks where appropriate.
Assist with drafting, legal administration and day‑to‑day project support.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to progress documentation and meet project milestones.

Required profile

Previous experience as a Paralegal in an in‑house legal team or private practice.
Experience reviewing commercial contracts and legal agreements.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical and written communication skills.
Law degree (LLB), GDL or equivalent legal qualification.
