Paralegal – Legal Support (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Paralegal to support our legal team in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. The role involves handling KYC/on‑boarding queries, company secretarial duties and a variety of ad‑hoc legal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to KYC and onboarding queries from banks, insurers, auditors and corporate service providers.
• Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with company secretarial tasks such as drafting minutes, registering share transfers, filing resolutions and updating group structure charts.
• Conduct due‑diligence on group entities when required.
• Liaise with corporate service providers and support legal counsel on ad‑hoc projects.
• Manage and maintain data rooms and provide general file‑management and administrative support.

Required profile

• LLB degree or completion of the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Paralegal.
• Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle a fast‑paced workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
