Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join a leading residential conveyancing team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will support the full lifecycle of property transactions, from initial instruction through to post‑completion, ensuring a high standard of service for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation for freehold, leasehold, new build and shared‑ownership properties.
• Handle remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy transactions.
• Liaise with the Land Registry and manage applications and registrations.
• Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage lenders and clients to resolve queries and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate case files and update internal systems throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified, part‑qualified or qualified by experience in conveyancing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
