Paraplanner – Boutique Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join a boutique wealth‑management firm serving high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients from our Leatherhead office. The role sits within the client services team and offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of families and businesses across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end financial reports covering pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, cash‑flow modelling and retirement protection.
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Assist in the compilation of tailored advice and recommendations for each client.
• Maintain and update client records using Intelligent Office and Voyant cash‑flow tools.
• Support the senior advisory team with research and documentation as required.

Required profile

• Pragmatic, organised and willing to “muck in” within a collaborative office environment.
• Currently studying towards a Level 4 diploma (CII, CISI or LIBF) and committed to ongoing CPD.
• Strong interest in wealth‑planning for HNW/UHNW clients.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Intelligent Office software.
• Experience using Voyant cash‑flow modelling tools.
• Understanding of pensions, investments, tax planning, inheritance tax and retirement strategies.
