Paraplanner – Career‑Defining Opportunity

About the role

This is a career‑defining Paraplanner/Trainee Financial Adviser position within a boutique Chartered IFA firm. The role offers a clear pathway to become a fully qualified adviser within 12‑18 months, working with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and conduct research on pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning and inheritance tax.
• Perform cash‑flow modelling for client portfolios.
• Attend client meetings alongside senior advisers and support the advisory process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
• Level 4 diploma (or working towards it) with ambition to sit Chartered exams.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Cash‑flow modelling.
• Research and analysis of pensions, investments and tax planning.
