Paraplanner – Hybrid (North London)

About the role

This is a hybrid Paraplanner position based in North London, offering three days a week in the office. You will support financial advisers within an award‑winning wealth management firm, helping to deliver compliant and efficient advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage advice processes and tasks on the X‑Plan back‑office system.
• Prepare client suitability reports covering protection, pensions, investments, equity release and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Conduct research on financial products and assist advisers with new business cases and client reviews.
• Perform online transactions such as fund switches, withdrawals and cash management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulations, legislation and the company’s investment process.

Required profile

• Qualified Paraplanner with experience supporting one or more financial advisers.
• Strong understanding of wealth management processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate suitability reports and financial models.

Required skills

• Proficiency with X‑Plan back‑office system.
