Paraplanner – Hybrid role at Chartered IFA firm

About the role

Our client, a nationally recognised Chartered Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their Hove office. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing two days of remote work each week while spending three days on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and write suitability reports for client financial plans.
• Support advisers by conducting research, analysis and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to develop tailored recommendations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in paraplanning, including writing suitability reports.
• Part‑qualified candidates will be considered if they have relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to undertake additional training where needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing suitability reports.
• Knowledge of investment operations (IO) is advantageous.
