Paraplanner – Hybrid – Up to £42,000

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a fast‑growing financial services firm in Birmingham. Working hybrid, you will support Financial Planners by delivering high‑quality client documentation and tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain client files and periodic reviews.
• Build cash‑flow models to support financial analysis.
• Draft recommendations and suitability reports for clients.
• Identify opportunities for financial planning and advise on appropriate strategies.
• Conduct independent research and collaborate with Financial Planners to develop suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the financial planning process.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, inheritance tax, tax planning and protection products.
• Excellent suitability report writing ability.
• Commitment to staying current with product, technical and legislative changes.
