Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑driven Paraplanner to join our Wealth Management team in Blackburn. You will work closely with advisers to support business owners, professionals and retirees in planning their financial futures.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisers in all aspects of wealth management, including planning, tax mitigation, investment strategy and asset protection.
• Research products, funds and solutions and prepare reports for client meetings.
• Highlight areas requiring attention, process new business and prepare suitability reports.
• Assist the compliance officer with systems, controls and pre‑sale file checks.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and improve paraplanning efficiencies.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent client service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and face‑to‑face.
• Organised, able to work under pressure and take initiative.
• Motivated and willing to contribute to team success.
• Level 4 qualification (or close to completion).
