Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Hybrid, Barnstaple)

About the role

Our client, a growing wealth management firm in Barnstaple, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their technical team. Working on a hybrid basis, you will support Financial Planners in delivering tailored advice and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality financial planning support and suitability reports.
• Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to develop client‑focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the preparation of pension, investment, tax‑efficient and protection recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax‑efficient planning and protection.
• Excellent suitability report writing skills.
