Paraplanner – Wealth Planning for HNW Clients

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join our independent wealth planning firm serving high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients across Sussex, Kent and London. The role supports a team of Chartered Financial Advisers, attends client meetings when required, and acts as the technical point‑person for report writing and complex financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial plans, cash‑flow models and pension projections for HNW clients.
• Assist advisers with investment, tax planning and protection strategies.
• Draft client‑facing reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and answer questions.
• Collaborate with administrators and senior paraplanners to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Actively studying for the Level 4 Paraplanner Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in wealth management.
• Excellent written communication skills for report preparation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and cash‑flow analysis.
• Understanding of pensions, investments, tax planning and protection products.
