About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Parcel Delivery Driver in Manchester, working evenings and weekends to ensure parcels reach customers on time. You will be part of a multi‑drop team that keeps the UK moving, rain or shine.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver parcels across the assigned area using multi‑drop routes.
• Prepare the van and daily workload, ensuring parcels are sorted correctly.
• Use route‑planning technology to optimise deliveries and meet time windows.
• Interact with customers as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail.
• Work evenings and weekends according to a rota, typically 15:00‑21:00.

Required profile

• Upbeat, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Organised, punctual and proactive.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Willing to work afternoons, early evenings and weekends.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

Required skills

• Valid UK manual driving licence (≤6 penalty points).
