About the role
Our client is looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to work part‑time in their Waterlooville office. You will help keep the financial records accurate and support the smooth running of day‑to‑day accounting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions using Sage Manage.
- Process accounts payable, ensuring invoices and payments are handled promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as required.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
- Perform high‑accuracy data‑entry tasks.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfortable working 5 hours per day, across 3‑5 days a week.
- Office‑based role – no remote work.
Required skills
- Sage (accounting software)
