Part-Time Client Advisor (Dec-Jan) – 32 h/week – Sloane Street, London

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will drive sales and build customer loyalty throughout the Christmas season, from early December to the end of January. This is a part‑time, 32‑hour‑per‑week fixed‑term position based on Sloane Street, London, focused on delivering the AMI brand experience to a high‑end clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude in line with AMI values.
• Identify customer needs, suggest product selections and encourage cross‑selling.
• Assist during fittings and coordinate any required alterations.
• Build lasting relationships and introduce new clients to the brand.
• Receive, process and record merchandise deliveries, manage stock levels and request replenishment.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and contribute ideas during product rotations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or designer clothing sales and familiarity with sales techniques.
• Strong interest in fashion and a solid understanding of luxury market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills; fluent English required, additional language a plus.
• Motivated, dynamic, and eager to contribute to a fast‑growing fashion house.
