About the role

We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at a vibrant Children’s Centre in Tower Hamlets. The part‑time position runs from 1 pm to 6 pm, offering a balanced work‑life schedule while supporting children’s development.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support learning and development.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
Contribute to observations, assessments and planning.
Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

Required profile

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Genuine passion for children’s learning and development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.

Required skills

Knowledge of EYFS framework.
