About the role
We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at a vibrant Children’s Centre in Tower Hamlets. The part‑time position runs from 1 pm to 6 pm, offering a balanced work‑life schedule while supporting children’s development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support learning and development.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
- Contribute to observations, assessments and planning.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
Required profile
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Genuine passion for children’s learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.
Required skills
- Knowledge of EYFS framework.
