Key responsibilities

• Deliver enthusiastic, sport‑focused customer service, sharing personal tips and technical product knowledge.
• Assist customers both in‑store and online, ensuring a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Manage stock levels, pricing, and merchandising to keep the hiking zone well‑presented and easy to navigate.
• Collaborate with fellow sales assistants, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and covering busy periods such as weekends and holidays.
