Part-Time Mammographer (Crawley)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Mammographer to join our Bupa Health Centre in Crawley on a part‑time basis. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art Pristina technology to deliver high‑quality breast imaging and support the patient journey from screening through treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the daily work programme to ensure efficient department operation.
• Perform high‑quality mammography examinations in line with departmental policies.
• Analyse acquired data, record results and produce diagnostic‑grade images.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, report faults promptly and ensure routine maintenance.
• Manage stock control, liaise with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate changing workload patterns.

Required profile

• Registered and qualified Mammographer eligible to work in the UK.
• Flexible, adaptive attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong initiative and focus on streamlining the patient pathway.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a busy, diverse clinical environment.

• Operation of Pristina mammography system.
• High‑quality mammography imaging and data analysis.
• Equipment maintenance and fault reporting.
