Part-time Retail Sales Merchandiser – Oxford Cowley

About the role

Retail Assistants provide face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores for DCK, a leading fashion jewellery company. The role is part‑time (3.5 hours per week) based in Oxford Cowley, with occasional travel to other stores in the zone. Flexible hours and a tech‑savvy approach are valued as the role uses several retail apps.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Receive and put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the store.
• Set up promotional activities and displays.
• Assist customers with product queries and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting, preferably retail or fashion.
• Access to a personal vehicle and a full driving licence.
• Own a current Apple or Android smartphone.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using retail apps.
• Availability to start as soon as possible and work flexible hours.
