Part-time Retail Stylist (8‑hour flexible)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Retail Stylist in Oxford to deliver the iconic Levi’s store experience. You will help customers express themselves through style, provide personalized service, and support store operations in a flexible 8‑hour schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional one‑to‑one service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• A passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first mindset.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
