Part-time Sales Assistant – Fixed Term (8 hrs/week)

About the role

Mango is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join the Silverburn store in Glasgow on a fixed‑term basis. The role is part‑time, covering 8 hours per week across 1‑2 days, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile, provide product advice and deliver excellent service.
• Maintain store presentation, keep the floor tidy and ensure stock is replenished.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting the brand’s image.
• Support customers throughout their shopping journey to build loyalty.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player with a vibrant, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Interest in fashion retail; previous experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Good product knowledge to advise customers accurately.
