About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time Sales Assistants to join our store in Silverburn Shopping Centre. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers enjoy a premium shopping experience across our diverse product range.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide expert product knowledge, suggest accessories and complementary items.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing shop floor.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and deliver excellent service.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction.

• Outgoing, approachable and confident when engaging with customers.
• Organised, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability, especially during busy weekend periods.
