Part-Time Sales Assistant

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time Sales Assistants to join our store in Silverburn Shopping Centre. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers enjoy a premium shopping experience across our diverse product range.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Provide expert product knowledge, suggest accessories and complementary items.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing shop floor.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and deliver excellent service.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction.
Required profile
- Outgoing, approachable and confident when engaging with customers.
- Organised, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, especially during busy weekend periods.
