About the role

The Partner Marketing Specialist acts as a vital bridge between global IT vendors and their partner ecosystem. In this trusted advisory capacity, the specialist strengthens relationships, promotes tailored marketing strategies, and ensures alignment across stakeholders to drive successful initiatives in the fast‑evolving IT channel.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage partner communication and support marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Provide partners with vendor‑created marketing materials and assets for their campaigns.
• Assist with Market Development Fund (MDF) requests and claims, monitoring and tracking ROI.
• Collaborate with partners and local sales/marketing teams to understand solution focus and source appropriate materials.
• Manage day‑to‑day partner conversations with marketing teams to support revenue growth.
• Generate client‑ready reporting and analytics by consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Produce clear marketing briefs for presentations and partner training.
• Provide multilingual support, translate marketing assets, and train partners on internal tools.
• Educate partners on Marketing Fund utilisation and guide effective implementation.
• Onboard partners to vendor tools and platforms, delivering necessary training and support.
• Ensure partners adhere to branding guidelines for consistent representation.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects according to short‑ and medium‑term needs.
