Partnerships Manager
Sardine · London
Job description
About the role
Sardine is an agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime, helping organisations stop fraud in real time and automate fraud and AML operations. As Partnerships Manager you report directly to the Head of Partnerships in a quota-carrying role that grows and activates signed partners and brings new ones into the ecosystem. You own a portfolio of strategic partners and drive revenue through them, and help lead partner recruitment from inception. The role is remote-first, based in London.
Key responsibilities
- Own a partner portfolio and carry a quota across straight reseller, co-sell and referral relationships, working with partner and Sardine sales teams to close deals
- Grow across three motions: platform partners (payments, networks, processors, banking, AI ecosystem), system integrators and consultancies that resell, and advisory firms, data partners and VCs that refer prospects
- Enable partners through training, material creation and support so they can pitch and demo Sardine
- Generate demand with partners through joint marketing and BDR campaigns
- Recruit, onboard and launch new partners, and broaden the scope of signed partners over time
- Set targets, build channel strategies, report on performance and optimise distribution, including product gaps and pricing
- Work with Product, Sales Engineering and Marketing so partners are ready on partner platforms, including embedded deployments
Required profile
- 8+ years of partnership management or related B2B software/SaaS experience, with a record of exceeding quota
- Experience managing resellers, SIs, platform partners and referral partners
- Executive presence and ability to build long-term partner relationships
- Strong project management, communication and strategic thinking, able to work in virtual, matrixed teams
- Avid user of Agentic AI tools with a learning mindset
- Highly preferred: background in financial services, fintech, AI or fraud and compliance software, and an existing network in those areas
Required skills
- CRM and Salesforce
- Reporting and analytics
What we offer
- Cash and equity compensation, with early exercise of options
- Remote-first work from anywhere within your country
- Flexible paid time off and year-end break
- Health, dental and vision coverage for employees and dependents (US and Canada)
- 4% matching in 401k / RRSP (US and Canada)
- MacBook Pro, home office setup stipend, monthly meal and social meet-up stipends, annual health and wellness and learning stipends
