Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics

About the role

Trimble's Transportation & Logistics (T&L) division is looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics to join its growing Revenue Operations team. You will turn raw sales and operational data into clear, actionable reports and analyses, working closely with the Sr. Manager, Sales Intelligence and the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The role suits a self-starter who digs deep into data and turns findings into business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and distribute sales performance reports and dashboards tracking KPIs such as sales cycles, conversion rates, bookings and churn/retention
• Run ad-hoc and recurring deep-dive analyses at individual, team and segment level to find trends, root causes and improvement areas
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews and plan vs. actuals variance analysis for leadership
• Act as the CRM data expert, audit data quality across systems and standardise the KPI dictionary so there is a single source of truth
• Support data consolidation and ETL, preparing and transforming data from disparate sources
• Compile, validate and analyse data for strategic sales forecasting, delivering weekly forecast analytics with risk commentary and variance explanations
• Analyse pipeline health and velocity, reporting stage-to-stage conversion and activity effectiveness
• Prepare visualised data for executive presentations and respond to ad-hoc executive requests within 48 hours
• Enforce KPI consistency across T&L divisions and support unified reporting and analytics implementation

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Sales Analyst, preferably in a B2B sales organisation
• Foundational understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling

Required skills

• Strong SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Dashboards and reports in AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Working knowledge of a major CRM (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
• Hands-on experience with a Revenue Intelligence platform (e.g. Gong, Chorus, Clari)
