Parts Advisor – Aftermarket Spares

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftermarket Team. You will work with dealer networks, parts distributors and trade customers across the Central UK region, helping them locate the right spares and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on aftermarket parts, accessories and attachments for agricultural, industrial and off‑highway equipment.
• Manage inbound enquiries, generate quotes and process orders for dealer and OEM customers.
• Maintain accurate records of parts identification, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Develop and nurture relationships with trade customers to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely supply and resolve any issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in spare‑parts sales, customer management or aftermarket distribution.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with agricultural, construction, power‑train or industrial spares is a plus.
