Parts Advisor – Automotive Parts Ordering

About the role

Responsible for the timely and accurate ordering and delivery of automotive parts to our customers. You will communicate with both customers and suppliers to ensure the best value and service is always provided.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders from customers via the supply network.
• Ensure all orders provide the best value, availability and delivery timelines for customers.
• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Continuously build product knowledge to communicate effectively with suppliers.
• Use systems to monitor and update orders and keep customers informed.
• Communicate daily via email and phone.
• Accurately upload invoices to the system and prepare them upon delivery completion.
• Liaise with finance and other departments to ensure correct customer charging and timely supplier payments.
• Provide additional customer support and participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

• Microsoft Office software.
