Parts Telesales Advisor – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Telesales Advisor to join a leading automotive dealer group in Lisburn. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will handle inbound telephone and online orders, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record and process telephone and internet parts orders.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and update order status.
• Collaborate with sales, service and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide product information and pricing to customers.
• Handle enquiries, resolve issues and follow up on outstanding orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a parts or telesales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Numerate, literate and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Professional, courteous and customer‑focused attitude.
