About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide personalized book recommendations.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and tidy displays across books, gifts, toys, and café areas.
• Unpack, shelve, and organize deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the register, process transactions quickly, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Support the café team when needed and follow loss‑prevention and de‑escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual attendance with flexibility to cover various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to help teammates.
• Cheerful and customer‑focused demeanor.
