About the role
This part‑time, branch‑based position offers 24.5 hours per week of direct customer interaction in Lincoln. You will start by providing face‑to‑face support to Lloyds and Halifax customers and may later transition to remote channels such as phone, web‑chat, or video calls.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, in‑branch assistance to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Build strong relationships quickly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs and uphold service standards.
- Potentially support customers remotely via phone, social media, or video calls as the role evolves.
Required profile
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Genuine, honest, and caring attitude toward helping people with their finances.
- Strong empathy, integrity, and a commitment to go above and beyond for customers.
- Team‑oriented mindset, willing to collaborate closely with peers.
