Part‑Time Finance Lead – 2 days per week

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing London‑based property investment and real estate business. As a Part‑Time Finance Lead you will own the finance function, reporting directly to the Directors and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Produce cash‑flow forecasts and manage budgeting cycles.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Act as the primary finance contact for the business.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Previous experience in a property or real‑estate SME.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Familiarity with Notion for documentation and workflow.
