About the role
Join the welcoming team at Sunnymeade Care Home as a part‑time Housekeeper. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff while gaining experience in a caring setting.
Key responsibilities
- Clean communal areas to ensure they are tidy and safe.
- Perform domestic tasks such as dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents' bedrooms, using appropriate warning signs when needed.
- Collaborate closely with the home management team to uphold hygiene standards.
- Provide companionship, communication, and engagement support to residents.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Availability for a part‑time contract of 12 hours per week.
- Willingness to work the rotating shift pattern (Week 1: Friday 8‑2; Week 2: Friday 8‑2, Saturday 8‑2, Sunday 2‑8).
Required skills
